Horton, Epsom, Ewell and Chessington
The Horton is located in a quiet and low-traffic area in Horton, Epsom. We have our own gardens at The Horton (click here)
We are one mile north of Epsom town centre, between Epsom, Ewell and Chessington.
There are a large number of attractions in the area to suit all tastes and budgets, both for individuals and groups.
Central London is also only around 35 minutes away from Epsom station.

Horton Country Park (pictured)
A large country park with pedestrian access for walking, running and cycling. A great variety of birds and wildlife. There is also a free car park. Very good for a group ramble.
Hobbledown
A children’s adventure park and zoo.
David Lloyd Centre
A fitness and health spa a couple of minutes from The Horton, handy if you are a David Lloyd member.

Epsom Downs
Epsom Downs is home of the Derby and the Oaks (both taking place around the first weekend in June). The Downs are common land so you can take your own refreshments and sit on the Downs to watch the horseracing for free.

A historic house from around 1500 (pictured), open to the public.
Nonsuch Park
A large park that was formerly the site of Nonsuch Palace, one of Henry VIII’s palaces. It was demolished in 1682-3. Some of the foundations can still be seen and there is a museum dedicated to the old palace at the park. Guided tours of the park for groups can be booked in advance
