Pay It Forward – The Joy of Live Performance

Bring joy to local families this festive season

Last November we launched our Pay It Forward initiative, to help spread the joy of live performance. Thanks to our generous followers we were able to welcome families to our festive show The Elf Factory.

Unfortunately, many families and individuals in our community are not able to afford the price of a ticket to see a show. As a start-up charity itself, The Horton is not able to meet all requests for free or discounted places. But we know there are people who do want to help others access the inspiring experiences that the arts can offer.

Part of our vision for The Horton is to work together to bring the community together, using the power of art and live theatre to connect.

This year we’re asking for donations so we can once again spread some festive cheer. Donations start at £15, with £60 paying for a family to experience a show.

We will be working with local charities and companies to gift tickets anonymously to those in need. Tickets will be offered for our festive show Moonfall as well as other performances throughout 2023.
