Booking Fee Increase
After nearly two years in operation, we have had to make the difficult decision to increase the booking fee. This is to cover the rising costs charged to the charity for the booking system and payment processing. As a charity we are unable to cover these expenses without passing the cost on to our customers.
The booking fee is separated from the ticket price in order to be transparent as to where your money goes.
Booking fee payments go towards our administrative costs. The price of the ticket pays for performing artists, tutors, materials and makes a small contribution towards overheads such as utilities and staffing.
The Horton is an independent registered charity and relies on grants and donations to be able to run the venue for the public benefit.
