Create a beautiful hand-tied wreath for your home with natural materials. The workshop will be led by Jayne McGhee of Grow Cook Enjoy.
All the materials you need to craft your wreath from scratch will be provided. This includes using willow and foliage to build up the frame of your wreath and then choosing from a wide array of natural items to suit your style.
Participants can choose to spend the whole three-hour session building and embellishing their unique wreath or create something simple plus additional table decorations.
Whether you are brand-new to wreath making or an expert, this session will give you the skills to create something distinct and environmentally friendly that can be reused again and again – or naturally composted.
Please bring your own gardening gloves as some materials are sharp. Please bring secateurs if you have them.
10am to 1pm including a short break. The Horton Café will be open all day.
