Enjoy Vivaldi’s musical masterpiece as you’ve never experienced it before – surrounded by creative animated projections specifically designed for The Horton’s architecture.
The walls and pillars of our wonderful Performance Space will come alive as the backdrop for this immersive video experience, which adds a unique dimension to a recording of one of the world’s most beloved classical works.
This inspiring show by Immersive Projections UK uses 270-degree widescreen animations to illuminate how the Italian maestro brings four sonnets, representing Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter, to musical life.
What is a Relaxed Performance?
The Four Seasons Immersive Experience is multi-sensory with lots of moving images, bright colours, patterns and accompanying music. The relaxed performance is designed specifically to welcome audiences who benefit from a more flexible experience.
Visitors will be allowed to stand up, clap, vocalise, or come and go from the room as they need to. The music will also be played at a slightly lower level.
Seats are provided and the audience is smaller than our regular performance. The event is fully wheelchair accessible.
Please note that there will be no difference in the visuals for this event, and some individuals may find the bright moving or flashing images uncomfortable.
