Puppetry Masterclass With Scoot Theatre

Join Scoot Theatre for a Halloween-themed, one day introduction to puppetry, suitable for ages 7-11.
Participants will start with the basics, bringing their own “paper person” to life and then progress to creating their own spooky puppet performance by the end of the day. A fun and creative way to get into the Halloween season.

Scoot workshop leaders have worked on some of the most exciting puppetry projects in film and theatre, including the most recent Star Wars trilogy, the Jurassic World and Fantastic Beasts franchises, the Olivier-Award Winning Life of Pi and the National Theatre’s smash hit War Horse.

Places are limited to 12.
Lunch, and breaktime snack/drinks can be provided at £7.50 per day. If your child has specific dietary requirements please email [email protected] before booking lunch. We may not be able to provide food for all allergies.
Participants may bring their own packed lunch but are asked not to bring nuts on-site.
The Horton Café will be open 9.15am until 4.30pm. Young people may wait on-site until the start of the course but will be the responsibility of their parent/carer until they have signed in at 9.45am and after they have signed out at 3.45pm.
