Life Painting Studio – Full Day Workshop
Thursday 20th April, 10am – 4.00pm
Hosted by Steve Trimm, a professional practicing illustrator and graphic designer, this inspiring full day ‘figure painting’ studio is for all abilities.
Beginning with energiser warm up and preparatory studies, the day will culminate in the creation of a final piece that allows you the time to observe and create a painting of the model in a long pose. (The model will be nude).
The studio will run from 10am – 4pm with a 30 minute lunch and 20 minute afternoon refreshment break.
Basic art materials, easels and drawing boards will be provided but if you already have your own materials please feel free to bring them along. We recommend you bring your own stretched or canvas board, or sturdy primed board to use for your final piece.
The Horton Café will be open from 9:15am to 4pm for refreshments. Lunch can also be pre-ordered on arrival if required.
