Nagomi Art Workshop – Daffodils
Tuesday 25th February, 10.30am -12.30pm
In this delightful workshop, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty of this healing art form that originated in Japan.
Whether you are a seasoned artist or someone who has never picked up a paintbrush before, Pastel Nagomi Art allows you to explore your artistic nature and create heart-warming works.
One of the highlights of this workshop is the chance to draw a daffodil – to tie in with the upcoming St. David’s Day on the 1st March.
With soft pastels, your fingers, and simple tools, you will bring this delicate flower to life on your canvas. As you blend colors and gently stroke the pastels, you will feel a sense of calmness wash over you, as if capturing the essence of spring itself.
Participants will be guided through the workshop by artist Cherie Crafty (@cherie_crafty) who is a certified Pastel Nagomi Art advanced instructor. Cherie is passionate about sharing art for therapeutic well-being and cultural appreciation. From Hong Kong and based in the UK, Cherie is also certified in Noir Art, Flower of Crystals and Pasteriasho (Pastel Art with Japanese style calligraphy).
All materials and tools are included.
