Lampshade Making Workshop

Lampshade Making Workshop

Saturday 8th February, 10am – 1pm
Learn how to make a drum lampshade – no sewing or previous experience required.
On this relaxed 3 hour workshop you will make a lampshade that is 30cm in diameter and 21cm tall, this can be used as either a table lamp or a ceiling pendant.
Please bring with you:
  1. Fabric
You will need to provide your own fabric that measures a minimum of 110amx30cm. Light to medium weight fabric is recommended, either a cotton, poly cotton or a linen/cotton mix. Avoid anything stretchy. You can used striped and checked patterns but they will require more patience.
  2. Scissors
If you own fabric scissors please bring them – if not please don’t worry we can provide these.
