Introduction to Wine Tasting

Take a journey of wine discovery. Spend an evening enjoying quality wines from around the world at The Horton’s first tasting evening.
Led by expert wine educator Graham Cox, you will taste excellent wines from around the world whilst listening to helpful pointers that will enhance your appreciation of wine.
From New World wines to Old World classics, wine lovers of any level of experience can take part in this fun-filled offering of fine wine and good company.
Following a welcome drink of prosecco, you will taste six different wines during the evening.
Please note: The event will take place seated at tables of eight in the performance space. You will be allocated to a table. Friends who wish to guarantee being able to sit together must make a single booking under one name – online, on the telephone or in person at the box office.
Please leave the car at home to make the most of this event.
Aged 18+. The Horton operates a challenge 25 policy. Any visitor who appears to be aged under age 25 must have photo I.D to gain entry to the event.
Meet the Tutor
Graham Cox is Chief Steward at West London Wine School, having previously headed up the UK sector at at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
He has spent 30 years in the drinks trade with a lifelong love of good wine. Graham is passionate about helping people to increase their enjoyment and appreciation.
The Horton Café-Bar will be open from 6pm for light meals and bar snacks, and after the wine tasting until 11pm.
