Garden Yoga
Thursdays 8:15am to 9:30am – from 4 August – 15 September
Start the day with a session of gentle outdoor yoga, breathe nature in and nurture yourself.
These gentle outdoor yoga classes will focus on self-awareness, invite nature in by noticing the sounds, smells, colours, and feel of the outdoors.
Yoga teacher Louise Tozer will incorporate breathing techniques, sound and gentle movements into her classes to improve self-awareness, flexibility and relaxation.
This is an all-inclusive class, suitable for all levels, taking place in The Horton’s outdoor cafe space looking out into the grounds.
- Wear comfortable clothing and bring layers and a blanket
- Bring your own mat or use a towel or blanket if you don’t have a yoga mat
- Bring sunscreen and water
After the session attendees can join the group for refreshments at The Horton Café.
No advance booking required. Just turn up.
Classes are donation-based (recommended contribution is £10).
