Covid safety

The Horton will be following government guidelines to make sure your visit is as safe as possible.

You don’t need to show your Covid vaccine status. But we would advise you not to attend if you believe you may have Covid 19, if you have symptoms or have been told to self-isolate.

Please follow the advice in our pre-visit emails, and make use of the hand sanitiser and handwashing facilities.

Your support can help live performance to thrive.

The venue is fitted with a new ventilation system that can refresh the air several times every hour. Touchpoints such as doorhandles are wiped down after each event.

Tickets and booking fees are non-refundable unless government guidelines mean that we have to cancel a performance or restrict numbers of tickets already sold. In this case, tickets may be exchanged or refunded as set out in our terms and conditions.

We are not currently required to share your contact details with NHS Test and Trace.

The See It Safely logo means we have been approved by the Society of London Theatre & UK Theatre. It certifies that we are following the latest Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, to ensure the safety of our staff, volunteers and audiences.
Good To Go England Green

We’re Good To Go is the official UK mark to signal that we have worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and have a process in place to maintain standards.
