The Horton Guided History Tour

Wednesday 24th June, 11am – 12 noon.

Our new heritage volunteers are in training.  Join a small group guided tour as they learn their craft.

You’ll find out more about the history of The Horton – the former Horton Chapel – from 1901 to its transformation and re-opening as a cultural venue in 2022, and the people who lived and worked in Epsom’s mental hospitals.

Tickets: Spaces must be booked in advance.
A booking fee of £2 is payable to reserve your place. There is no charge for the tour itself, as our volunteers are in training. You can book up to 4 tickets per person.

Donations are welcome and can be added at checkout in the basket or made on the day itself.

Running time: Approximately one hour.

Age Guidance: Ages 11+

Limited spaces available.

This tour will be repeated on Wednesday 8 July at 2pm and Saturday 1st August at 2pm.

Our Heritage Volunteers Project has been supported by Community Foundation For Surrey, Heritage For All.
