Breath, Wellness & Alignment – Taster Class

Join us for a calming and revitalising taster class designed to support your respiratory health, overall wellbeing, and physical alignment. Perfect for anyone navigating stress or life transitions, such as menopause, this session offers a nurturing space to reconnect with your body through breath, movement, and mindfulness.
What to Expect
Led by experienced coach Virginia Angus, this 60-minute class includes:
- Breath awareness and warm-up
- Guided breathwork
- Gentle movement for alignment and release
- Mindfulness practices
- Relaxation and stretching
Whether you’re seated or standing, exercises will be adapted to your comfort level.

Virginia began her career as a professional dancer and actor before specialising in Voice, Dialect & Communication coaching. With over 17 years of experience working with performers, she brings a deep understanding of the body-voice connection. Her passion lies in helping people from all walks of life discover the transformative power of breathwork and alignment—for confidence, vocal freedom, and everyday wellbeing.
