void_null – Collapse
Friday 12th May, 8:30pm
COLLAPSE is an immersive , live audio-visual performance from void_null. Featuring electronic music, multi-screen projection and an exploration of scientific endeavour. It’s a response to one of the darkest mysteries in our known universe – the Black Hole.
The 45 minute show alludes to some of the more bizarre known facts about the nature of these gargantuan creatures, who’s very existence lead to unsettling and fundamental questions about the nature of reality.
void_null is a collaboration between visual artist James Ward and musician Ian Oakley.

Support acts will be Volva and ian:o.
Volva
Volva (Jeremy Newton) is an electronic music artist based in Surrey whose works lean towards the ambient and minimalism. Having explored sound and electronic music for most of his life, Jeremy’s compositions are built around the detail of sounds and the space between them, encouraging the audience to listen deeply and share in the moments that are created through live performance. His compositions offer a mix of structure and improvisation, aiming to draw the audience in to a harmonious world of musical contrasts and sonic exploration.
