“I’m originally from Singapore but as a family we moved around a lot and it was in Oman that I was first introduced to Ikebana – I’ve never looked back and have become a devoted teacher and demonstrator. Ikebana gives me a lot of peace, I guess you could call it meditative, before such a thing was so popular. It really cultivates an awareness and appreciation of nature which has given me much enjoyment of what is around us. Now that I’ve been teaching for some years, I love the process and get great satisfaction from the results of my students. With Ikebana one does not stop learning and I still attend workshops with great masters.”
